We restored our 1835 folk-style Victorian over a five year span.

 Now we want to share it!

We can accommodate five guests in three cozy bedrooms. In addition to an upstairs kitchen and living room, there are three porches to enjoy. The B&B is only two and a half miles from the New York Thruway exit 29 in Canajoharie, twenty eight miles from Cooperstown and approximately fort-five miles from Saratoga.

• The Bike Path and Mohawk River are two blocks from the house.

• There are many antique shops in the Village within walking distance.

• A self-guided tour of the nearby Historic Landmarks is available.

The Forsythia Room overlooks a Lily-filled garden - Queen Bed - Shared Bath - $90.

The Stargazer Room is a cozy bedroom with a smattering of antiques and has easy access to the second story porch - Single Bed - Shared Bath - $50.

The Jacob's Ladder Room has a double cherry wood bed and matching dresser. An Oriental rug adorns the floor. This room has easy access to the second story porch -  Shared Bath - $80.

Full Breakfast included

All bedrooms have air conditioners, own heat source and ceiling fans

The second floor kitchen has some food items for your convenience, along with a coffee maker and most everything else one would need to cook for yourselves if so desired.
