The Farm Bed & Breakfast offers two beautifully decorated rooms with private baths in an 1872 Italianate Victorian on a 118-acre working farm just north of Cooperstown, NY. 

 

The Farm, located in Ilion, New York is up the hill from the Mohawk Valley. The land is beautiful, with long vistas; a mix of woods, pastures and fields.
We are committed to sustainable agriculture and do not use chemical pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, growth hormones or antibiotics.

 
Our B & B is ecologically responsible. We use compact florescent light bulbs, ultra low water usage, high efficiency appliances, a wood gasification furnace and our water is pumped by a water-powered ram.

Directions

From I-90:

Get off at exit 30 turn left after the toll  
Go right on 5S West (a short distance), get off at the Ilion/Route 51 exit
Take 51 South through town till you see a cheese factory on your right (you  have gone too far if you see a veterinary office)
Make a left on Spinnerville Gulf Road (over the creek)
Continue to bear right, road turns into Elizabethtown Road

Continue until you see a white building and the silos in the distance. We are just past the white building at 1057 Elizabethtown Road

 

From Route 20:

Take Route 51 North till you see a general store, continue straight onto Elizabethtown Road 

End at 1057 Elizabethtown Road
